Commercial Lending Support Intern
First Central Savings Bank is looking to train the right candidate for part-time employment as a commercial lending support intern. This is an ideal internship position for anyone looking to have a career in banking, finance with a specialty in commercial lending. This person should have strong analytical skills, strong organizational skills, strong computer skills and strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Hourly Rate $17/hour Job Functions:
- Assisting the originations staff with searches to be completed on the commercial real estate properties, the borrowers, and any individuals related to the loan transaction.
- Review and analyze property rent rolls, income & expense statements and financial documentation.
- Review loan files and prepare a financial analysis on closed loan files.
- Work with loan servicing personnel and input loan information into the banks loan system.
- Reviews loan closing documentation for any missing documents, signatures or attachments.
