We’re hiring a Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner for a daytime hospitalist position offering flexible 12-hour shifts , an excellent benefits package , relocation assistance , and generous compensation .

Position Highlights:

• Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

• Schedule: Flexible, rotating 12-hour day shifts (no nights!)

• Salary Range: $115,000–$135,000 annually

• Location: Geneva, NY – just 15 miles east of Canandaigua in the heart of the Finger Lakes

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive care as part of a collaborative hospitalist team

• Conduct patient assessments, manage acute conditions, and participate in care transitions

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements

• Contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives and patient safety efforts

Qualifications:

• Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner or Adult Nurse Practitioner

• Active New York State NP License (or eligibility to obtain)

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

• Minimum of 1+ year experience in Hospital Medicine strongly preferred

• Excellent clinical judgment, interpersonal, and communication skills
