General Manager

STREET BLENDS is coming to NYC, and we’re searching for a General Manager who loves taking care of people as much as we love taking care of our guests! If you’re the kind of leader who can read a room, steady a busy rush, and make both guests and baristas feel looked after, keep reading.

What you’ll do

• Run day-to-day front-of-house operations and lead service with calm, contagious energy
• Hire, train, schedule, and mentor a bar team that actually likes coming to work
• Own the guest experience, from the first hello to the regulars whose order you’ll know by heart
• Keep the operational side tight: inventory, ordering, vendor relationships, daily reporting, and scheduling around our shift bands
• Hold the quality bar on every drink that leaves the counter

You might be our person if you…

• Have GM or strong lead experience in a high-volume cafe, coffee or matcha bar, or fast-paced full-service spot
• Lead with warmth but hold a standard
• Stay cool when the line is out the door
• Know (or are genuinely excited to learn) specialty coffee from espresso dialing, milk, the craft behind the cup
• Know your way around a POS, scheduling, and basic P&L
• Hold or can quickly obtain a NYC Food Protection Certificate (optional but recommended!)
