Wine Bartender/Mixologist

Bark Barbecue is opening a second 8,700 sq. ft. flagship destination in the heart of North Brooklyn (East Williamsburg/Bushwick) and is seeking hospitality professionals to join our opening team.

This is an opportunity to be part of an industry-leading buildout from the ground up, helping shape the systems, culture, and standards of a high-volume restaurant focused on exceptional barbecue, hospitality, and craftsmanship.

Position: Wine Bartender / Mixologist

Bark's wine bar is centered around a curated wine program and an innovative beverage menu that explores the intersection of wine, cocktails, and hospitality. We are seeking bartenders who are passionate about wine, cocktail culture, and creating memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities include preparing wine-based cocktails and other beverages with precision and consistency, engaging with guests, maintaining beverage quality standards, executing garnishes and presentation, preparing syrups, infusions, and mise en place, and helping create a welcoming and educational experience around the wine bar.

This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who enjoy both the technical and guest-facing aspects of bartending and are excited by the opportunity to work within a unique beverage program.

Ideal Candidates

• Previous bartending experience required
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, cocktail techniques, and service standards
• Interest in wine and willingness to deepen wine knowledge through hands-on experience
• Experience preparing garnishes, syrups, infusions, and cocktail mise en place
• Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, organization, and presentation
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Coffee, barista, or specialty beverage experience is a plus but not required
• Reliable, punctual, professional, and team-oriented
