Spa Operations Coordinator (Part-Time)
Tones Day Spa

Tones Day Spa is seeking a dependable and organized Spa Operations Coordinator to help create a smooth, relaxing experience for our clients. We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to take ownership of daily spa operations.

What We're Looking For

• Reliable, punctual, and responsible

• Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills

• A team player who takes pride in their work

• Comfortable using computers and scheduling systems

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

• 5 or more years of experience is a must

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, values a peaceful work environment, and is looking for a flexible part-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in clients with warmth and professionalism

• Manage appointments, phone calls, and client communications

• Coordinate therapists, treatment rooms, and daily scheduling

• Help maintain a smooth flow throughout the spa

• Prepare treatment rooms and keep supplies organized and stocked

• Assist with opening and closing procedures

• Support overall spa operations to ensure an exceptional client experience

Preferred Experience

Experience in any of the following is a plus:

• Hospitality

• Healthcare or medical offices

• Salons or spas

• Hotels

• Customer service roles

Schedule

• Part-time

• Flexible shifts available Monday through Saturday

• Ideal for someone seeking extra income with a consistent schedule
