As a Forklift Operator, you will play a crucial function in unloading tractor trailer trucks, organizing items located on their numbers, pulling orders, and preparing them for shipment on the loading dock. Attention to detail is of utmost importance to ensure accurate order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.



Forklift Operator General Requirements:

» capability to independently lift up to 50lbs

»Capcapability to stand and sit for extended periods of time

»Proficiency in navigating a basic computer inventory system

»Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate item selection and shipment

»Prior practice operating a forklift is mandatory



Forklift Operator Responsibilities:

»Safely and efficiently unload tractor trailer trucks using a forklift

»Organize items onto appropriate shelves or sections located on item numbers

»Pull orders and prepare them for shipment on the loading dock

»Utilize a basic computer inventory system to track inventory and update records

»Maintain a clean and organized work area
