Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Psychiatric Nurse Manager to oversee the clinical operations of our mental health services. This leadership role involves managing nursing staff, ensuring high standards of patient care, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate will possess extensive nursing expertise, particularly in behavioral health, geriatrics, and acute psychiatric care, along with strong management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing staff within psychiatric and behavioral health units, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and quality standards.
• Develop and implement patient care plans tailored to individuals with mental health conditions, including dementia, Alzheimer's disease, and developmental disabilities.
• Oversee clinical assessments, including vital signs, patient history, and physical examinations, ensuring accurate documentation in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Manage medication administration, IV infusions, catheterizations, and other nursing procedures following sterile technique and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

• Min 3 years of Psych Nurse Manager experience required
• BLS (AHA), ACLS, PALS, CPI, MOAB
