Job Summary

We are hiring compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide exceptional care in the school office settings, 1:1 cases, and on field trips. New graduate RNs are welcome to apply!

As an RN, you will assess health needs, implement care plans, and advocate for students’ well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Care
• Working 1:1 with students with disabilities.
• Nurse office coverage as needed.
• Monitoring and recording evidence of student’s learning and progress.
• Assist with diagnostic tests and emergency situations.
• Assistance with medication administration.
• Care Planning
• Develop individualized care plans with the healthcare team.
• Modify care plans based on changing needs.
• Documentation
• Maintain accurate medical records.
• Comply with reporting guidelines and protocols.
• Collaboration
• Communicate effectively with students, families, and colleagues.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current NY RN license.
• BLS/CPR certification.
• Up-to-date medical documentation (Physical, Titers, QuantiFERON).
• Fingerprinting clearance.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Compassionate demeanor and excellent communication skills.

What We Offer:

• Competitive Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 an hour. Pay rates are subject to change on a case-by-case basis
