Our Industry City location is looking for dependable full-time and part-time dishwashers who take pride in their work and want to be part of a hardworking, close-knit team. Responsibilities- Wash all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in a timely manner
- Clean cooking and prep stations to help keep service running efficiently
- Maintain the cleanliness of equipment, refrigeration units, tables, and work areas, including scheduled deep cleaning
- Clean and maintain front-of-house areas and exterior areas as needed
- Follow all local health department requirements and food-safety regulations
- Complete all opening and closing responsibilities
- Assist with general tasks as directed by the Kitchen Manager or Chef
- Help train new dishwashers when needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Provide flexibility in covering open shifts when available
- At least one year of experience in a fast-paced kitchen or similar environment
- Working knowledge of a commercial dishwasher
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Clear communication with managers and both kitchen and front-of-house team members
- Ability to stand for up to eight hours and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to go up and down stairs frequently throughout the shift
- Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a positive attitude during busy service periods
