E-Commerce & Marketing Assistant – Spinwave PickleballWho We Are

Spinwave Pickleball is a fast-growing pickleball brand with multiple retail locations, a strong online store, and a loyal community of players. We’re known for custom paddle builds, fast service, and a real-deal, no-corporate vibe. We’re building something bigger — and we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us.

About the Role

We’re looking for a computer-savvy, motivated team member who’s excited to dive into e-commerce and marketing. This isn’t a robotic 9–5 role. You’ll work closely with ownership, help execute email marketing campaigns, brainstorm guerilla marketing ideas, and keep our online store running smoothly.

We want someone who can think outside the box, pivot fast, and isn’t afraid to figure things out on the fly. If you have a sharp mind, strong work ethic, and love a challenge, we’ll train you on everything else.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with daily e-commerce operations on Shopify (training provided)
• Build and execute email marketing campaigns (Klaviyo experience a plus)
• Create marketing graphics, banners, and promos in Canva (required)
• Update product listings, collections, and promotional pages
• Contribute to guerilla marketing and outside-the-box campaign ideas
• Support fulfillment and backend coordination to keep operations tight
• Communicate with customers and team members as needed
• Be flexible — every day may look a little different

• Interest in e-commerce and marketing
• Canva skills required; graphic design ability a plus
• Willingness to learn Shopify and Klaviyo
• Flexible, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
