Pay Rate: $19.75/hr.

Shift: 2nd

Job Summary

We are seeking motivated warehouse picker/packers with strong communication skills and leadership potential to support a fast-growing distribution operation. This role is ideal for individuals who take initiative, learn quickly, and can be relied on to keep operations running smoothly. High performers will be identified early and given opportunities to advance into lead roles with increased pay and responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

● Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment

● Use warehouse management systems and basic computer applications

● Follow written and verbal instructions in English

● Maintain productivity, accuracy, and safety standards

● Assist with training and supporting other associates as needed

● Step in to resolve issues and keep workflow moving

Required Qualifications

● Prior warehouse experience (picker/packer preferred)

● Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking)

● Basic computer skills required

● Ability to work independently and take initiative

● Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

● Lead or supervisory experience

● Experience in a 3PL or fast-paced warehouse environment

Physical Requirements

● Ability to stand for extended periods

● Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

● Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse setting
