They are committed to maintaining high standards of integrity and innovation in their financial operations.## Role & Responsibilities* Lead and manage the Treasury department, overseeing both the Back Office and Front Office Treasury operations.* Develop and implement strategies for capital management, investment, and risk assessment to maximize returns and minimize financial risks.* Collaborate with senior management to ensure alignment of the treasury functions with the strategic goals of the organization.* Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and analysis to support decision-making processes.* Manage relationships with financial institutions, investors, and other stakeholders.## Key Skills* Proven experience in Back Office and Front Office Treasury operations within the Insurance or related financial sector.* Strong analytical skills and expertise in financial modelling and risk management.* Excellent leadership abilities with experience in managing cross-functional teams.* Superior communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively at all levels of the organization.* Knowledge of relevant financial legislation, policies, and regulations pertinent to the Insurance industry.This contract position offers the right candidate not only a competitive salary and benefits package but also a platform to drive significant change in a respected industry leader.
