General Manager

We're seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead the opening and long-term success of a new bar and restaurant in Greenwich Village.

This is not an office job. We're looking for someone who comes alive in a busy dining room, thrives on leading from the floor, builds exceptional teams, obsesses over the smallest details, and believes that great restaurants are equal parts precision and personality. Our newest concept is an ambitious yet approachable neighborhood destination inspired by iconic American restaurants and bars, reimagined for today. It will be energetic, chic without a drop of pretension, and built around thoughtful food, outstanding drinks, warm service, and a room that feels as though it has always belonged.

What You'll Do

• Lead all front-of-house operations with professionalism, warmth, and consistency.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and inspire an exceptional hospitality team.
• Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and genuine care.
• Maintain impeccable service standards while creating a lively, welcoming atmosphere.
• Partner closely with ownership, the culinary team, and the beverage team to continually elevate the guest experience.
• Drive financial performance through thoughtful scheduling, labor management, inventory control, and cost awareness.
• Help shape the restaurant into a true neighborhood institution.

What We're Looking For

• At least two years of management experience in well-regarded restaurants, with prior General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience preferred.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• A proven leader who develops, mentors, and inspires great teams.
• Strong organizational, financial, and communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
• Experience in fine dining or elevated neighborhood restaurants is strongly preferred.
