Inventory Manager
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound shipments, including accurate inventory tracking and record-keeping
Support day-to-day warehouse operations and contribute to space optimization and operational efficiency
Collaborate closely with external logistics partners and internal HQ logistics teams
Conduct regular inventory counts and prepare reports to improve inventory accuracy and efficiency
Monitor and manage product loss, damages, defects, and quality-related issues
Ensure compliance with internal inventory control and warehouse operation standards
Maintain accurate documentation using POS, ERP, and inventory management systems
Be available to work flexible schedules based on business needs, including early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays
Commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or logistics
Strong proficiency with POS and ERP systems
Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work flexible schedules to meet business demands, including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days (including, but not limited to, Black Friday, Memorial Day, Christmas Eve, and Mother's Day)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in beauty retail or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industries
Prior experience working with K-beauty brands
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to inventory and operational management
Valid driver's license
