Salary: $22.00 Hourly The YMCA of Greater New York is here for all New Yorkers — to empower youth, improve health, and strengthen community. Founded in 1852, today the Y serves a diverse population of more than half a million New Yorkers who learn, grow, and thrive through programs and services at our 24 branches. Community is the cornerstone of the Y. Together, we connect active, engaged New Yorkers to build stronger communities. • Prepare the facility access declination report - contact members who have been denied access due to pending collection of past-due balances.

  • Review the aging report (either sent by the Association Office or downloaded from AS400) and cancel memberships that are over 60 days past due.

  • Assist the Membership Sales & Engagement Director in preparing for membership staff meetings (agenda, minutes, etc.).

  • Prepare staff schedules for the approval of the Membership Sales & Engagement Director.

Continuing responsibilities:

  • Assist the Membership Sales & Engagement Director in hiring, training, and developing staff.
