Mission
The Senior Account Supervisor at SAMY is responsible for leading client relationships, overseeing campaign execution, and driving strategic excellence across integrated marketing initiatives. This role serves as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with business objectives.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, strong communicator, and experienced leader with a deep understanding of social, influencer, and integrated marketing.
Job Functions
Client Leadership
Serve as primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients
Build and maintain strong, trusted client relationships
Lead client meetings, presentations, and strategic discussions
Proactively identify opportunities for growth and upselling
Strategic Oversight
Collaborate with strategy, creative, and media teams to develop integrated campaigns
Translate client objectives into actionable marketing strategies
Ensure campaigns align with brand positioning and KPIs
Provide strategic guidance across social, influencer, and digital initiatives
Project & Team Management
Oversee multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously
Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Coordinate cross-functional teams (creative, strategy, paid media, production, analytics)
Mentor and supervise junior account team members
Performance & Reporting
Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights
Lead reporting and optimization discussions with clients
Ensure delivery of measurable business outcomes
Business Growth
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
Support new business pitches and proposals
Contribute to account growth strategy
Skills Requirements
6–8+ years of experience in account management within an agency environment
Experience in social media, influencer marketing, or integrated marketing
Proven experience managing large, complex accounts
Experience leading cross-functional teams
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong client relationship management experience
Experience working with global brands - ideally focused on beauty brands
Experience in digital-first or social-first agencies
Multilingual capabilities (preferred but not required)
Act as a strategic partner to clients
Mentor and develop junior team members
