Requirements

We are seeking a Full Stack Java Developer who is passionate about building scalable, high-quality software solutions. In this role, you will work on full lifecycle application development using Java , Spring Boot , and AWS , while ensuring best practices in coding, security, and performance. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to high-impact products in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack web applications using Java , Spring Boot , and other related technologies.
  

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code , adhering to coding standards and development best practices.
  

• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs , integrating seamlessly with third-party services and internal components.
  

• Work closely with Product Managers , UX/UI Designers , and other developers to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  

• Conduct thorough code reviews , assist in debugging , and provide production support as needed.
  

• Ensure application performance, reliability, and security across all tiers of the application.
  

• Optimize applications for scalability and cloud deployment on AWS .
  

• Continuously improve development workflows, participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies , and recommend improvements to architecture and tools.
  

• Collaborate with DevOps for CI/CD pipeline implementations and automated deployments.
  

• Work with relational databases like Oracle and MySQL , including schema design, query optimization, and data integrity enforcement.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of professional software development experience with strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot .
  

• Experience designing and consuming RESTful web services .
  

• Solid understanding of object-oriented design principles , software design patterns, and layered architecture.
  

• Strong working knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, API Gateway, etc.).
  

• Proficiency with relational databases (Oracle, MySQL), including writing complex SQL queries and performance tuning.
  

• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript). Experience with frameworks like React or Angular is a plus.
  

• Hands-on experience with version control systems (Git), build tools (Maven/Gradle), and CI/CD pipelines .
  

• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science , Information Technology , or related technical field.
  

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
  

• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes .
  

• Exposure to monitoring and logging tools such as CloudWatch , Prometheus , Grafana , or ELK stack .
  

• Experience in test-driven development (TDD) and automated testing frameworks.
