Customer Experience and Operations Manager

Blue Fox Motel has been in business since the spring of 2020 serving both locals and weekenders from nearby urban centers. We have a great reputation for the quality of our customer experience. This role is responsible for all reservations in the motel and restaurant, greeting guests, booking events, handling of customer concerns, supervising housekeeping, and managing inventory, purchasing and basic office duties.

As a Customer Experience Manager, you will be instrumental in overseeing client relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Reporting to senior management, your core skills in management, communication, and customer service will be vital in fostering strong partnerships. You will leverage your project management expertise to coordinate client projects effectively. Additionally, your leadership and negotiation skills will enhance team performance and drive sales growth. Qualifications

• Proven management experience in client services or a related field
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
