What You'll Do:

🤝 Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex problems
📚 Document support processes and maintain knowledge base
What We're Looking For:
✅ Minimum of 2 years of experience in computer support or related field
✅ Proficiency in Windows OS, Mac OS, and common software applications
✅ Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
✅ Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
✅ Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified) are a plus
