Saint Theo’s is one of the most in-demand spots in the West Village — busy, stylish, and built on a strong bar program focused on craft cocktails and Italian aperitivo culture.
We’re looking for a strong, experienced bartender who can own their bar, handle volume with confidence, and bring great energy to the room. Personality matters here — we encourage everyone to be themselves so the guests will remember you.
