Senior Product Designer
Test test is a forward-thinking company committed to delivering innovative digital solutions. We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our hybrid team and help shape the future of our web applications.
Job Responsibilities- Lead the design of end-to-end user experiences for web applications, ensuring usability and aesthetic excellence.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems to promote consistency across products.
- Conduct user research to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Create interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively to stakeholders and developers.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to align designs with business goals.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Proven experience with Figma and design system development.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in end-to-end UX and web application design.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Ability to create high-fidelity prototypes to support design concepts.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a hybrid work environment.
- Experience working in agile product teams.
- Background in data-driven design and A/B testing.
