Oracle EPM Consultant (Contract - 6 Months) POST NUMBER: 471600

A large, fast?growing organization is implementing Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (Oracle EPM) and seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Consultant to support the launch, stabilization, and early adoption phases. This role is ideal for someone who has deep functional expertise in EPM—particularly Enterprise Planning & Budgeting (EPB)—and who understands how financial planning teams operate.
You will partner directly with finance leaders, budgeting teams, and cross?functional stakeholders to ensure the system is configured correctly, issues are resolved quickly, and end users receive hands?on support. Key Responsibilities
Oracle EPM Implementation & Support
- Support system go?live, including troubleshooting, hypercare, and stabilization
- Ensure modules function properly and resolve issues related to configuration, workflow, calculations, and security
- Collaborate with finance users to ensure planning and budgeting processes run smoothly
- Provide guidance during launch, including last?minute fixes and testing support
- Configure EPB planning modules
- Build planning forms, dashboards, and financial reports
- Develop business rules, allocations, and forecast logic
- Support workforce planning, capex planning, revenue modeling, and budget cycles
- ARC (Account Reconciliation Cloud): assist with reconciliation workflows and rules
- FCC (Financial Consolidation & Close): support consolidation logic and reporting
- EDM (Enterprise Data Management): manage metadata, hierarchies, and chart?of?accounts governance
- Work closely with FP&A, Controller, and budgeting teams
- Translate finance/business requirements into EPM configurations
- Support monthly/annual planning cycles during system rollout
- Train and coach end users on new processes and system features
Required
- Strong hands?on experience in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (Oracle EPM)
- Multiple full?cycle Oracle EPM implementations
- Deep expertise in EPB (Enterprise Planning & Budgeting) configuration
- Ability to build planning forms, dashboards, business rules, and reports
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Experience troubleshooting configuration issues, calculation errors, and data load problems
- Ability to work calmly and efficiently during go?live and hypercare phases
- Working knowledge of additional Oracle EPM modules:
- ARC (Account Reconciliation Cloud)
- FCC (Financial Consolidation & Close)
- EDM (Enterprise Data Management)
- Techno?functional skills: data integrations, troubleshooting, rule writing
- Experience training users and working directly with finance leadership
