Overview

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and building strong client relationships? As a Client Service Manager I, you'll play a key role in ensuring our clients receive high-quality, efficient support tailored to their needs. You'll be part of a collaborative team that values client satisfaction, retention, and continuous improvement. How you'll make an impact

In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring that each client receives the care and attention they deserve. You'll work closely with our Production team to lead the renewal process, delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs. By building strong relationships with clients and understanding their goals, you'll secure existing business and identify opportunities to offer additional services. When our Producers or Account Executives are unavailable, you'll step in as the first point of contact, ensuring seamless communication and support. Your efforts will directly contribute to client satisfaction and the growth of our business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and nurturing relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Supporting Producers and Account Executives in achieving business goals.
  • Identifying opportunities to expand services and coverage for clients.
About You

Here's what you'll bring to the role:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in client service or claims management.
  • A Producer's Licence and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • The ability to explain complex issues in simple terms, whether over the phone or in presentations.
  • A proactive approach to managing multiple priorities and working independently.
  • Experience in insurance or managing client relationships is a plus.
Compensation and benefits

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
