Sales Assistant (Executive Level) Media a Plus

We are looking for an Executive Sales Assistant to support the Chief Sales Officer and team to with the day-to-day sales operations. This candidate will be responsible for managing a wide range of administrative tasks and facilitation of effective communication within the sales and operations teams. The ideal candidate is proactive, extremely organized, detail oriented, capable of handling confidential information with the utmost discretion, well versed in multi-tasking and can meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Candidate will have excellent MS Office and Google Suite skills to include specifically PowerPoint, Excel (Pivot Tables) and Google shared docs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
- Format information for internal and external communication - memos, emails, presentations, reports.
- Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance against targets.
- Provide regular updates to the Senior Sales Executive on sales progress and key performance indicators.
- Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings for the Executive, including client meetings and sales presentations.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitive insights.
- Assist in the preparation of market analysis reports for the Senior Sales Executive.
- Handle routine correspondence and inquiries related to sales activities.
- Address incoming issues and communications, including sensitive or confidential matters.
- Help execute internal business initiatives and stays current with the company's brand offerings and performance.
- Thrives in a creative business environment and maintains a positive demeanor
- Lead the team by example - via work intensity, a strong command of the product, and the advertising/marketing process.
- Stay abreast of market knowledge.
Competencies Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, marketing and/or communications
- Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office (specifically PowerPoint, Excel and Google shared docs)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and interface effectively with clients.
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize work assignments, work independently and within tight deadlines, adapt and operate in a fast-paced and evolving team environment
- Possesses strong communication skills (verbal, written and presentation skills)
- Attention to detail, thoroughness, accountability, excellent follow-through
- Creative thinking, resourcefulness and analytical problem-solving
- Experience and ability to translate performance numbers into an executive-friendly campaign recap/story.
