Role & Territory
- Primary territory: New Jersey (with regional coverage as needed)
- Hybrid : home office + in-person meetings/field visits
- This role requires frequent local travel and on-site customer meetings
What You’ll Do
- Prospect, book meetings, and visit potential customers in the eCommerce/fulfillment ecosystem
- Run discovery calls and on-site demos (we provide enablement, scripts, and support)
- Drive the process from trial/evaluation → proposal → close → onboarding handoff
- Build referral relationships and local partnerships
- Keep clean CRM notes and weekly pipeline updates
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year experience in B2B sales / BD / outside sales (SaaS, logistics, eCommerce is a plus)
- Strong prospecting and meeting-setting skills; comfortable with face-to-face selling
- Clear communicator; able to follow a demo script and handle objections
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
- Bilingual Mandarin/English (spoken and written)
Compensation
Base + commission (DOE)
