CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee high-end, custom residential construction projects from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to coordinate diverse teams, manage complex schedules, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise in construction management software, and a passion for driving project success. Duties
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of high-end, custom residential construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Develop detailed project schedules using project management tools to monitor progress and adjust plans proactively
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents accurately
- Manage procurement processes including construction estimating, contracts review, and vendor negotiations to secure necessary resources
- Oversee construction site activities ensuring safety protocols are followed and work is performed efficiently
- Utilize construction management software such as Procore for project tracking, documentation, and reporting
- Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, resolve issues promptly, and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders
SALARY: $150-175K
