OUR PURPOSE AND CULTURE
We are driven to create a future where people and place enrich one another. We are wholly committed to rooting ourselves more deeply in every place we are in while setting new benchmarks for positive impact.
As a pioneering collective with a common purpose, we curate extraordinary moments and honor the soul of every place along our journey. At Rosewood Hotel Group, we answer The Calling. Together, we Make the Place.
THE PROPERTY
A New York icon defined by the art of entertaining, where creativity and performance converge in a legendary mystique. This storied Upper East Side landmark, moments from Central Park and Madison Avenue, carries a rich artistic and cultural legacy - enigmatic, intimate, and club‑like in spirit.
A gathering place for those who know how to live well, it unfolds between jazz notes, classic martinis, and unforgettable encounters. The Art Deco setting is a living canvas, where fine art, storied murals, and contemporary styling balance golden‑era glamour. A world of discretion, individuality, and inspired connection, found only at The Carlyle.

- Ensure exceptional guest experiences by continuously enhancing service standards, quality, and innovation across all touchpoints.
- Foster strong relationships with community partners and key stakeholders, including ownership, enhancing the hotel’s cultural integration and reputation within the local and global hospitality landscape.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and brand standards, while maintaining rigorous quality and cleanliness across the property.
- Drive sustainability and impact initiatives, promoting responsible hospitality and environmental stewardship in alignment with Rosewood’s values.

- You are a strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and organizational skills, capable of leading complex operations.
- You communicate with clarity and confidence, building trust with internal and external stakeholders.
- You understand the importance of brand integrity and consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- You are passionate about using business as a force for good, driving positive impact for people and planet.
- You lead with purpose, inspiring teams through clear direction, empowerment, and mentorship.
OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU
At Rosewood Hotel Group, your voice is heard – and valued. We’re a community that encourages associates to be themselves, not fit into a fixed culture, and this philosophy shines through in our commitments to reflect and honor the history, culture and geography of our destinations. We’re not only committed to building and nurturing genuine, long-lasting relationships but to transforming them – and our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) strategy helps put these principles into practice.
