The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced with tight tolerances, and thrives in a collaborative, high-performing team environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Program and set up CNC machines based on engineering drawings, specifications, and written instructions.
• Operate Mazak CNC 5-axis mills with precision and consistency.
• Utilize Mazatrol and G-Code; experience with Mastercam is a plus.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical instructions.
• Ensure all parts meet tight tolerances and quality standards.
• Perform accurate documentation and data collection for production and quality control.
• Work with a variety of materials and adapt processes accordingly.
• Use precision measuring tools, including micrometers, bore gauges, and calipers.
• Contribute positively to a team-oriented environment through collaboration, productivity, and a proactive attitude.

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of hands-on experience with Mazak CNC 5-axis mills.
• Proficient in programming and setup of CNC machines using Mazatrol and G-Code.
• Familiarity with Mastercam is a strong plus.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proven ability to maintain tight tolerances consistently.
• Experience working with varied materials.
• Skilled in the use of precision measuring tools (micrometers, bore gauges, calipers, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to quality.
• Positive, collaborative team player with a strong work ethic and professional attitude.
