Work Shift: Night (United States of America)

Salary Range: $76,396.32 - $126,730.61

The Clinical Nurse III plays a vital role in creating a nurturing and compassionate environment for patients, families, and colleagues. Key Responsibilities:

• Implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments, procedures, and special tests, and document care as per company policy and regulations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions effectively.
• Continuously assess and evaluate patient needs and responses to delivered care.
• Use sound nursing judgment to inform patient care management decisions.
• Provide primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Administer prescribed medications, both over-the-counter and prescription, as ordered.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop comprehensive Care Plans for all patients.
• Guide and direct ancillary personnel while upholding professional nursing standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program with a Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor’s Degree.
• Current New York State Registered Nurse license is required.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is mandatory; additional certifications may be required by certain departments.
• Previous experience as a PCA or similar nursing assistant position is preferred.
• Commitment to ongoing education for professional development is essential.
• Familiarity with quality improvement concepts, principles, and problem-solving techniques is expected.
