Requirements:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
• Active RN license in Massachusetts.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS required; TNCC/CEN preferred.
• Emergency or critical care experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Triage, assess, and monitor patients in the ED.
• Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians and ED staff for coordinated care.
• Educate patients and families on discharge plans.
• Document care accurately in EMR and follow ED protocols.
