Social Media Senior Associate-Business Banking Ambassador Program

As a Social Media Senior Associate within Consumer & Community Banking you will support the management, monitoring, and optimization of the Business Banking Ambassador Program. This role sits within the Chase Social Media team, reports to the Executive Director of Social Media Business Strategy, and partners closely with Business Banking Marketing, the Chase Social Content Team, and key internal stakeholders to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, compliance, and program engagement. In addition, you will bring your hands on experience managing employee advocacy, social selling, and community management programs showing your results oriented skillset.
Job responsibilities
- Maintain program procedures, training materials, and participant onboarding guidance.
- Lead live trainings on social media best practices, emerging trends, and platform updates.
- Produce monthly and quarterly performance reporting that demonstrates program value and progress.
- Document audit-ready records of program activities, approvals, compliance, and legal review logs.
- Cultivate strong relationships across the social media team and cross-functional partners (Marketing, video, Sales Strategy, PR).
- Communicate timelines, status updates, and results clearly and consistently to stakeholders.
- Champion a positive, collaborative team culture and participant success.
- Monitor participant LinkedIn activity and daily engagement in Sprinklr.
- Identify social-channel issues/risks, escalate appropriately, and track to resolution with internal teams to maintain compliance.
- Develop and curate content for the Business Banking content library with internal partners.
- Own end-to-end content scheduling and publishing in Sprinklr, including editing, coordinating approvals, and supporting production with basic design/video skills
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 3+ years of relevant experience managing employee advocacy, ambassador, or social selling programs and/or social media for brands; Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in financial services or within a large brand, marketing, or communications organization.
- Strong understanding of social media best practices and platform functionality, with particular depth on LinkedIn; thorough knowledge of social media monitoring, publishing, and reporting tools, including Sprinklr, Hearsay, and LinkedIn Analytics.
- Strong copywriting and editorial review skills, with the ability to assess and refine content for brand alignment, tone, and compliance; exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging and clearly convey project timelines, status updates, and results to stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to self-motivate, manage multiple priorities, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience developing and delivering training materials and live program education sessions.
- Familiarity with compliance, legal review, and audit documentation processes, particularly within a regulated industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), with solid reporting and data analysis capabilities and basic proficiency in Canva for graphic design; light video editing and filming experience
- Confidence to pitch fresh ideas, think creatively, and approach challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Proven ability to build strong, trust-based relationships and collaborate effectively across marketing, communications, and cross-functional teams.
- A genuine passion for the evolving social media landscape and how brands use it to drive marketing and communications impact; entrepreneurial spirit and team-first attitude, with a drive to learn, contribute, and make a measurable impact.
