Position Title: Manager - TechnologyJob Description:Develop and solution EXL Mine application. Provide production support for the internal and external EXL Mine AND Invoice Tracker application on daily basis. Develop AdHoc reports based on the client needs. Maintain application monitoring, performance tuning and unit testing. Provide architecture level application support on internally and externally developed applications. Plan application and infrastructure releases and configuration changes. Provide technical leadership, input to application and infrastructure scalability e.g., implementation, backup and rollback plans. Work with quality assurance team to ensure the product quality. Examine potential areas for service improvement and raise proposals with the Senior Manager. Interact with internal teams and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems. Follow procedures and policies on change control, security and auditing, release, configuration, problem and incident management. Provide timely and expert advice on emerging trends and issues affecting product delivery and support. Develop strategies to allow application and data support to manage problems. Ensure incidents and issues are up-to-date with latest information. Ensure all technical and non-technical documentation, including requirement analysis, proof of concepts, are up-to-date. Create management reports with senior manager oversight. This position will require 20% international and domestic travel to client sites, and 10% international and domestic travel for visits to other EXL offices. Position may work at various and unanticipated worksites throughout the US. Telecommuting permitted.Job Requirements:Requires Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a directly related field plus three (3) years of Experience in conducting data analysis in healthcare industry. Must have three (3) years of experience in each of the following: Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6; C#, ASP.NET, Model View Controller, Web Services, Web API, and Internet Information Services 6.0; JavaScript, ReactJS, JQuery, NHibernate, and Entity framework; Microsoft SQL Server 2016; SQL Server Integration Services, and SQL Server Reporting Services. Must have two (2) years of experience in each of the following: Canon iDRS (I.R.I.S. Developer Reading System) 15; Power BI reports, Azure Data bricks, and Amazon Web Services S3. Employer will also accept a bachelor's degree plus five (5) years of experience in conducting data analysis in healthcare industry in lieu of a Master's degree plus three (3) years of experience in the conducting data analysis in healthcare industry.40 hours/week, 9:00am-5:00pm, Salary range: $151,000 to $155,000 per year.To apply: Send resume and cover letter to [email protected].
