Regional Sales Manager
Location: South East USA (Regional Travel Required) We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join a growing organisation within the industrial sector. This is a high-impact role focused on driving revenue growth through new business development and the expansion of existing customer accounts. You will take full ownership of your territory, building strong customer relationships and delivering tailored, solution-based outcomes. This role offers a high degree of autonomy, supported by a collaborative internal team. Key Responsibilities New Business Development
- Identify and secure new business opportunities through proactive prospecting
- Develop and execute strategic plans to target and win key accounts
- Grow existing accounts and increase share of wallet
- Build relationships across multiple levels including engineering, operations, procurement, and leadership
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and multi-site expansion
- Achieve revenue and margin targets within your territory
- Maintain a strong, accurate pipeline using CRM systems
- Apply a consultative approach to understand and solve customer needs
- Conduct regular site visits and technical discussions
- Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for customers
- Represent the business at meetings and industry events
- Work closely with internal teams including Sales, Customer Support, Operations, and Marketing
- Contribute to the delivery of larger, strategic opportunities
- 3–10 years’ experience in external or technical sales within an industrial or B2B environment
- Proven track record in winning new business and growing existing accounts
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven
- Experience managing sales pipelines and CRM systems
- Commercially aware with a focus on profitability and growth
- Willingness to travel regularly across your assigned region
