Compensation Range: $60/hr – $70/hr

Job Description:
Lead enterprise CRM and revenue system transformation efforts within a fast-paced digital media environment, focusing on sales and workflow process improvement.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Lead CRM migration from legacy media systems to Salesforce

• Partner with Salesforce dev teams to translate business requirements into workflows, modules, and integrations

• Conduct detailed workflow analysis using "Fishbones process to identify pain points and process deltas

• Oversee lead generation system rollout and Salesforce enhancements

• Support and align sales, SDR, marketing, and promo teams on system changes

• Own change management efforts across multiple platform rollouts (CRM, WideOrbit, integrations)

• Collaborate with external vendors to ensure platform readiness and delivery

• Assist with workflow optimization and SOP development

• Document requirements, stories, and business cases for system enhancements

• Travel occasionally to station sites for process walkthroughs and stakeholder engagement

Requirements:

• Must-Haves:

  • Proven experience leading CRM or system transformation projects (e.g., Salesforce)

  • Media industry knowledge especially in digital, broadcast, or OTT environments

  • Strong process orientation and Six Sigma/program management background

  • Technical fluency; ability to work with dev teams and understand system architecture (SOAP, integrations, workflows)

  • Strong change management and stakeholder communication skills

  • Hands-on, execution-focused mindset with a track record of delivering complex projects

• Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with Wide Orbit, White Orbit, or similar revenue systems

  • Familiarity with Tableau and data reporting workflows

  • Background supporting Sales or AdTech teams in media settings

  • Jira or Agile development tools proficiency
