Bookkeeper

We are seeking tech-savvy Accounting and Bookkeeping Professionals to join our growing financial operations team. We have multiple openings available and are looking for candidates across all experience levels—from foundational AP/AR clerks to seasoned, full-charge bookkeepers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing day-to-day accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) workflows.

• Performing routine bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations.

• Handling full-cycle bookkeeping and managing the month-end close process.

• Preparing financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet) and ensuring data accuracy.

• Assisting with multi-entity ledger management or account cleanups as needed.

Preferred Software & Tools: Experience with modern, automated accounting tools is highly valued:

• QuickBooks Online (QBO)

• Oracle Netsuite

• Sage

• ADP

Qualifications:

• 1 to 5+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or AP/AR roles.

• Prior experience working within a bookkeeping agency or accounting firm is a major plus.
