Matrimonial Attorney
We are working with a growing law firm, looking for a Matrimonial Family Law Attorney to join our team. Specifically, they are looking for someone who has 4+ years of matrimonial experience.

- 4+ years of Family Law experience
- 2+ years of matrimonial experience
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law in New York and in good standing
Responsibilities:
- Create legal documents such as pleadings, motions, marital settlement agreements, contracts, judgements and orders for a high volume of cases
- Collaborate with senior partners and paralegals to effectively move files through the civil litigation process
- Maintain client files to ensure they are properly organized and up to date
- Advocate on behalf of clients by understanding their needs, effectively analyzing the situation and forming a strategy for a plan of action
- Ensure clients are effectively represented at court hearings as needed xrczosw
The annual salary for this position is between 150k-200k. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
