Originate, structure and manage multifamily mortgage transactions for FHA/HUD, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Loan Originator will play a pivotal role in the growth and development of Grandbridge's Agency businesses.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

Extensive understanding and experience in commercial real estate and/or commercial real estate finance.

Proactively identify and generate new client relationships nationwide through networking, cold calling, referrals and attending top industry conferences.

Work with Grandbridge's Underwriting teams to review mortgage application process with clients and review documentation as necessary.

Structure multifamily by providing debt and equity financing solutions.

Negotiate mortgage loan terms with borrowers.
-
Lead transaction through full loan process from identification of loan through screening, underwriting, and closing and servicing while providing a top customer service experience to borrowers.

Develop, foster, and maintain strong relationships with multifamily owners and developers.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, or equivalent education and related training.

Five years of experience as a loan officer or commercial real estate analyst, appraiser, broker, leasing agent or property manager, or equivalent.

Strong computer skills; including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
-
Understand the physical aspects of all commercial property types, typical real estate lending parameters, interest rate structures, and tests of reasonableness.

Highly organized.
-
High attention to detail.
-
Ability to meet deadlines.
-
Ability to simultaneously handle a variety of assignments.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to travel.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master's degree in Finance or Real Estate.

Proficiency in Salesforce, CoStar, Trepp and Argus.
-
Deep understanding of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac lending programs.
