Overview

As a Senior Product Manager at Publicis Sapient, you will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of digital products that deliver value to our clients and their customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and ensure successful delivery of high-impact solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, engineering teams, and designers to develop and deliver innovative digital products.

• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user research to inform product decisions.

• Define and prioritize features, user stories, and acceptance criteria to drive product development.

• Work in an agile environment, leading sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product demos.

• Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and iterate on features to improve user experience and business outcomes.

• Advocate for customer-centric design and data-driven decision-making.

• Ensure seamless collaboration between business and technology teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management, with a strong understanding of digital product development.

• Aladdin Data Cloud (ADC) and Aladdin Data

• Investment Management domain

• Investments Data

• Front, Middle, and Back office

• IBOR (Investment Book of Record)

• Security Master

• Risk

• Performance and Attribution

• Downstream client reporting

• Proven track record of delivering successful products in an agile environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business stakeholders.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.

• Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Aha!

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Set Yourself Apart With:

• Experience in customer experience, e-commerce, or digital transformation projects.

• Knowledge of design thinking, lean product development, and user-centered design principles.

• Understanding of emerging technologies and their impact on product innovation.

• Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or Product Management.

Additional information

Pay Range: $150,000 - 205,000

The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
