Bell Person/Door Person
Responsible for greeting, receiving and welcoming of all hotel guests. As part of the Reception team, you will be the first person to greet guests therefore it is vital that this is done with exceptional attention to detail. Responsible for meeting and greeting guests, luggage handling and storage, doorman duties and deliveries.
MAIN DUTIES:
- To greet and bid farewell to guests in a friendly manner
- Secure and organize storage of luggage
- Hailing taxis when required
- Ability to familiarize guests with the neighborhood
REQUIREMENTS:
- Customer Service experience
- Excellent knowledge of NYC
- Must be in good physical condition. Proficient in lifting and handling techniques. Able to lift 50 pounds.
Hours Required: Full time, 8 hours a day plus an unpaid 30-minute break
