The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

New Business Support

Research and identify potential clients across various industries.
Analyze RFPs to extract content requirements, evaluate opportunities, and create strategic action plans.
Develop proposal frameworks and presentations using existing content or crafting new solutions.
Support the team through the pitch process by managing timelines, deliverables, and ensuring a seamless workflow.

Marketing Collaboration

Work closely with PR and marketing teams to align messaging and go-to-market strategies.
Assist in creating case studies, website content, social media assets, and other marketing materials.
Contribute to planning and executing marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility.

Process Optimization

Track new business leads and progress using CRM tools like HubSpot.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in proposal development and client acquisition.

Early Client Discovery

Conduct initial client discovery calls to assess potential leads and provide insights to internal teams.
Project Management
Ensure RFP responses and presentations are managed effectively, meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver materials on time and within scope.

Skills & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in a marketing, business development, or sales support role.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have!)

Experience with other CRM platforms like Salesforce.
Knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, Pardot).
Familiarity with a range of industries and their unique challenges.
