3. **Administrative Tasks:**
- Handle phone calls and email inquiries, providing accurate information and assistance to guests.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Keep the front desk and lobby area well-organized and presentable at all times.

4. **Sales Support:**
- Identify sales opportunities to promote hotel facilities and services.
- Upsell and promote hotel amenities to enhance the guest experience.

5. **Safety and Security:**
- Ensure the safety and security of guests and hotel property by following appropriate procedures.
- Monitor access to the hotel and maintain vigilance in recognizing and addressing any safety concerns.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred, ideally in the hospitality industry.
