Key Responsibilities: The role requires technical skill coupled with excellent customer communication and service delivery: Communicate effectively with customers to explain necessary repairs, confidently present job quotes, and successfully close the proposed work.
Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues. Install and maintain water heaters, fixtures, valves, and piping systems. Maintain accurate records of work performed. Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety standards.


Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of residential plumbing experience - 2 years preferred. We value ambition and proven talent; if you meet the minimum and are eager for immediate autonomy and advanced responsibilities, we want to talk to you.
Journeyman license preferred, but not required .
Valid NYS driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proven ability to connect with customers, understand their needs, and recommend additional services that enhance their experience


Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive hourly wage: $30–$40/hour, based on experience Performance-based commission opportunities Paid time off and holidays Simple, reliable benefits package
