Housekeeper *HIGH END FURNISHINGS EXPERIENCED ONLY

Position: Meticulous, Energetic, Deep Cleaning Housekeeper for active young family, M-F, children in school from 8 am-3 – 4:30 pm daily
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING IN A HOME WITH W/HIGH-END FURNISHINGS AND ANTIQUES
Location:Little Neck, NY

Responsibilities:

Housekeeping:Full Deep Housekeeping Required, Sanitize/ Deep clean kitchens, bathrooms, playroom floor daily, make beds daily
Laundry:Yes, A LOT of sports uniforms, Family Laundry
Errands:Yes, 2/3 times a week, Grocery Shopping
Driving:Yes, Family car provided for use while working
Cooking: Not a must, but would love it if they did, especially their special dish if they have one!
Maintain Supplies fridge, pantry, and household supplies are stocked at all times
Pet care: Let dogs outside in the backyard

Requested Duration: Long-term hire

About the Family

Adults:2 Working Professionals looking for help organizing their “clean but disorganized” home. Their style is informal, however, they have very formal fine antiques and furnishings and require someone who has knowledge and experience of cleaning such.
Children:(G)1 (B) 4 (B) 5 (B) 7, The children in school from 8 am until 3 – 4:30 pm daily (depending on activities) the baby has a baby nurse
Dogs: 80 lb Boxer 6 lb Morky
Current Staff: Nanny/Baby nurse

Position Requirements

• Work Hours:Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 4:00 pm
• Experience:Years of Experience
  MUST HAVE WORKED IN A HOME W/ HIGH END FURNISHINGS/ANTIQUES
• Someone who will take the initiative
• Must be very organized
• Wear the uniform black pants and “tunic” provided by the family,
  No shoe household
• Must have worked in-house with kids before, friendly but not too chatty, calm, relaxed, and quiet
• References: Minimum of 2 References
• Background checks upon contingent offer of hire

Position Compensation

• Salary:$40-$45. hour/payroll
