Main Responsibilities

● Processes guests’ orders to ensure all items are adequately prepared on a timely basis.
● Communicates with managers, host/hostess, bus persons, kitchen staff, bartender and coordinates the entire station to ensure guest satisfaction with food, beverage, service, and hospitality
● Interacts with every guest in a professional, friendly, and hospitable manner
● Attends all mandatory pre-shift meetings
● Completes all opening, closing, and side work tasks thoroughly and promptly
● Accurately accounts for all sales, discounts, promotions, and tip reporting in the POS system according to company cash handling procedures
● Exhibits positive, approachable body language
● Commits to regular, reliable attendance and all scheduled training sessions and meetings are required.
