What this job involves:
As a Senior Project Manager at JLL, you will play a crucial role in leading high visibility retail construction projects and delivering exceptional results for our client within Financial Services through your innovative approach, collaborative mindset, and commitment to success that helps strengthen our culture of collaboration and advancement. You'll manage and oversee all aspects of projects including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution with client processes and tools while ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards through adhering to client processes and tools. This role requires providing mentorship/leadership to project teams, empowering them to thrive and excel while developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and working closely with clients to understand their objectives and deliver tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
What your day-to-day will look like:
- Deliver exceptional project management services while managing and overseeing all aspects of projects including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution with client processes and tools
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards through adhering to client processes and tools
- Provide mentorship/leadership to project teams empowering them to thrive and excel
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders working closely with clients to understand their objectives and deliver tailored solutions that exceed expectations
- Drive innovative ways of working constantly seeking new approaches and technologies to enhance project management processes and outcomes
- Embrace an inspiring, innovative, and optimistic mindset consistently seeking opportunities to push boundaries and drive impactful change
- Champion JLL's values and culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and belonging while building client presentations and maintaining client-facing responsibilities
- Successfully manage complex, high-end retail projects from inception to completion with ability to pivot and redirect accordingly
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related field (Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, etc.)
- PMP certification or equivalent project management certification
- Minimum 7 years of proven New York City experience in project management, preferably in commercial real estate industry
- Ability to be present in office 3x/week
- Proficiency in building client presentations with client-facing capabilities
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex, high-end retail projects from inception to completion with ability to pivot and redirect accordingly
- Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience leading projects within financial services specifically retail banking
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions in fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Project scheduling – MS Projects super user level
- Demonstrated experience in change management and driving innovation
- Knowledge of construction processes and NYC building codes
- Proficiency in project management process, software, and tools
- Understanding of high-end retail construction standards and requirements
- Experience with financial services industry regulations and compliance
- Advanced presentation and communication skills for executive-level interactions

Estimated compensation for this position:
125,000.00 – 180,000.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
