Retail Service Specialist
O'Reilly Automotive is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service and support daily store operations. In this front-line role, you'll assist customers with parts lookup, product selection, and basic automotive questions while ensuring shelves are stocked, merchandise is organized, and the store is clean and safe. You'll process sales and returns accurately, handle cash, and follow company policies. Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide knowledgeable, friendly service.
- Assist with automotive parts lookup and product selection.
- Operate the POS system to process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Handle cash, credit, and other payment methods following company policies.
- Stock shelves, rotate inventory, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Keep the store clean, safe, and organized for customers and team members.
- Support inventory counts and loss-prevention procedures.
- Follow all safety, security, and operational guidelines.
- Participate in ongoing training to build automotive and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with team members to meet store performance goals.
