Summary

Under limited supervision, deliver advanced audio-visual and conferencing support within a fast-paced corporate enterprise environment. Provides clear, concise, and professional communication while resolving complex technical issues via phone, email, Microsoft Teams, and desk-side support. Recognized for strong expertise in enterprise AV systems and collaboration technologies, ensuring seamless, high-quality meeting experiences for executive leadership, high-visibility events, and live productions.

responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

- Provide advanced AV support for conference rooms, executive meetings, town halls, and large-scale multi-location events.

- Deliver expert-level support for Microsoft Teams, including meetings, live events, webinars, and Teams Rooms environments.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex AV, conferencing, and integrated network issues across enterprise environments.

- Support and maintain, AV technologies including Tripleplay, Cisco video conferencing devices, Crestron control systems, and Biamp DSP solutions.

- Ability to support, and troubleshoot PowerPoint presentations for AV environments, including formatting, display optimization, and live event execution.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for AV-related support and end-user experience.

- Provide white-glove (VIP) support for executives and high-profile events, ensuring flawless execution and rapid issue resolution.

- Proactively manage meeting schedules and logistics, including last-minute setups and time-sensitive requests.

- Assist AV integrators with diagnosing system issues, providing access to freight areas, equipment rooms, and secured spaces to support installation, maintenance, and repair activities.

- Log, track, and resolve incidents through the full lifecycle using ServiceNow in alignment with service level standards.

- Escalate issues to operations, infrastructure, or engineering teams as appropriate.

- Participate in shift rotations and alternative schedules beyond standard business hours to support events, including required Sunday coverage during pre-season and regular season operations.

- Advanced AV troubleshooting and diagnostic expertise in enterprise environments

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Teams and hybrid collaboration technologies

- Working knowledge of Tripleplay, Cisco video conferencing, Crestron, and Biamp systems

- Advanced PowerPoint skills for executive-level presentations and live event support

- Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Highly self-motivated with ability to prioritize, multitask, and perform under pressure

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

- Flexible schedule availability, including off-hours support and light travel
