About This Role
We’re lo oking for a delivery -focused Product Owner who can also fill in some product management responsibilities . This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business strategy and agile delivery. You’ll be responsible for shaping the vision of our BaZing product while ensuring the day-to-day execution aligns with customer needs and company goals.
What You’ll Do
Product Ownership & Agile Delivery
Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is prioritized and refined for development teams.
Write clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria.
Act as the voice of the customer in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Partner closely with En gineering, D esign, QA , and Clo udOps to deliver high-quality features on time. Strategic Product Management
Define and evolve the product vision and roadmap in alignment with StrategyCorps’ mission and market trends.
Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and client success teams to gather feedback and prioritize features. Host regular Product Board meetings.
Define KPIs and measure product performance to inform future development.
Partner w ith third party fintechs and digital banking companies for BaZing integrations.
Travel up to one week per month for in - person meetings , conferences, etc .
What We’re Looking For :
5+ years of experience in a Product Owner role working with SaaS products, ideally in fintech or financial services.
Understanding of key API and modern software development concepts.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Expertise in Figma, PRDs, User Stories, Agile SDLC/PDLC, Linear/Jira.
Bonus Points:
Experience working on financial products.
Product Management experience.
Experience working with AI tools to enhance product owner deliverables
Technical exposure to .NET, React, SQL Server.
