Overview

TalentFish is casting a line for an Information Security Communications Analyst . This is a Full-Time role that is located in WDC or NYC (Sits Remote)

This position exists to support the Information Security Awareness Manager in executing a comprehensive security awareness and training program, with a key focus on maintaining the Firm's ISO 27001 certification. The analyst will play a critical role in coordinating communications, compliance activities, and user engagement initiatives to foster a culture of security throughout the organization.
What You Bring to the Role (Ideal Experience)

• 3+ years of experience in the Information Security sector

• Bachelor's degree (required)

• Exposure to ISO27001 certification requirements, maintenance, and audits

• Industry-recognized certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or CISSP

• Strong understanding of security awareness, risk mitigation, and compliance principles

• Experience in basic project management methodologies

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences

• Ability to create engaging, multi-format materials (presentations, guides, communications)

What You'll Do (Skills Used in this Position)

• Support the execution of the firm's security awareness and training program

• Track and communicate ISO certification status updates

• Coordinate training initiatives and policy exception reviews

• Track compliance and prepare regular metrics reports

• Collaborate with the broader Information Security team to identify training needs based on risk

• Drive user engagement to reduce risky behaviors and foster a culture of security

• Evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of existing training and awareness activities

Compensation Information

The expected salary range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per Year , depending on experience and qualifications. This role also qualifies for comprehensive benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off. TalentFish is committed to pay transparency and equal opportunity. This role requires authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.
