About the Team The Ads & Promos organization is a key pillar of DoorDash’s business, enabling customers to discover quality, affordable options through tailored incentives. Within this space, the Promo Products team supports the systems that power promotional experiences across our consumer and merchant surfaces. We build the backend services and frontend interfaces that enable rich customization and optimization of campaigns - helping merchants reach the right audiences, and consumers discover great local stores and deals. About the Role As the Engineering Manager, you will oversee a talented group of engineers from different skill sets, backend, mobile, web and full-stack, collaborating closely with designers, product managers, and sales partners. Your primary responsibility will be driving the successful execution of our product roadmap, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality solutions that meet both customer needs and business objectives. You bring in strong product sense and can be a thought partner with cross-functional peers You have hands-on experience working with non-technical stakeholders, cross-team collaboration, and building scalable products in a fast-paced environment You have the ability to handle ambiguity and work with product and business partners to collect non-technical requirements to design and build scalable experience solutions. Results of the audit may be viewed here: CoveyCompensation The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future. For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).
